Paris Charles de Gualle Airport Arrivals Information

CDG Airport undertook an initiative with the government to add equipment to all Paris airport terminals with new automated ‘fast-track’ crossings at what they consider external borders gates. This means that where possible, the arrivals at Charles de Gualle Airport for certain countries is automated.

Those passengers that are eligible to utilise the ‘Parafe’ system are any that have a bio-metric passport and are a national and of  any of the 27 EU countries or, any of the following accepted countries:

Australia
Canada
Iceland
Japan
Liechtenstein
New Zealand
Norway
South Korea
Switzerland
Singapore
United Kingdom

Anybody that travels from a country not on the list must go through the traditional customs passport control area and show their passport to the officers along with any necessary travel visas.
